Where do you ship from?

It is depending on the streamer, but all your products are shipped from Northern or Southern California, USA.

How do I purchase products for live opening?

Anything available for live openings, will be in the LIVE RIPS section. At checkout, please make sure for shipping option to choose anything that isn't "SHIPPED SEALED" to have your item opened live on stream.

If you decide to choose "SHIPPED SEALED" your product will not be opened live and will be sent sealed.

How does shipping work?

We ship out every Monday and Friday. Reminder, you only have to pay for shipping ONCE per shipping window. If you have purchased more prior to us shipping out, you can use a code "SHIPPINGPAID" at checkout to avoid additional shipping fees.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer any refunds, especially orders that we have been ripped live. If you have received a SEALED PRODUCT damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
