SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Your orders will be shipped after you purchased shipping. Your cards can be held up to 90 days. You are able to combine orders in the meantime and pay for one shipping cost, when you are ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the hobby and the volatility of the collectibles market, all sales of trading cards and collectibles are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your transaction.
 

Opened Items

For authenticity and value preservation, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes trading card packs, boxes, graded cards, or sealed collectibles. Once a product’s original packaging is opened, we cannot guarantee its condition or authenticity, and therefore it is not eligible for return under any circumstance.
 

Live Stream Openings

Any order opened live on stream—by request or by default—is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damage due to shipping or you received the wrong product, please contact us at cloudchasecollectibles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate each case individually and work with you to find a resolution if applicable.
